ReadyCloud Server

This tool provides you with an estimated monthly cost based on your server configuration requirements. Any one-off costs (as a part of setup or installation) are included in the total at the bottom of each section. To configure a server, create a server template and/or configure a Windows or Linux storage appliance. Server templates allow you to quickly configure multiple servers that have the same setup. All prices exclude GST.

Internet Traffic

Our plan includes inbound & outbound, national and international traffic. The cost per GB for overage decreases as the traffic cap for each plan increases.

WAN Networking

Choose if you would like your server(s) connected to your Gen-i WAN so the servers appear on your network. If you haven’t got a Gen-i WAN and would like one, select this option and your Gen-i Client Manager will contact you to discuss your requirements. Remember the traffic in and out via a WAN is included in the fees, whereas internet traffic billing is volume based.

DMZ firewalls improve security by isolating servers from one another, or your WAN from your servers. Gen-i managed firewalls are managed 24 x 7 x 365 by our security experts. For those customers who prefer to mange their own firewalls, Open Source firewalls provide more functionality but are generally less secure.
